- Calling qualified applicants and conducting brief interviews
- Work to achieve sales goals by taking part in lead generation activities (simple system, training given and ongoing support available by a knowledgeable back office)
- Carrying out brief, scripted interviews with potential customers
- Attend weekly training sessions for own personal growth and for working with others
- Support your own team as necessary
