TRAINING & BRAND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
The Training & Brand Engagement Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing the brand engagement, training plan and quality standards for the Spa Division within Italy - with specific focus to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the skincare portfolio within this sector. Not only representing our highly esteemed Quantum Energetic brands; within both established & target flagship Spa’s and Luxury Hotels, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage all aspects of the introduction of an innovative and unique new brand offering within this sector. The successful candidate will be an integral and unrelenting driving force behind the launch, reputation & ongoing growth of this brand.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BRAND ENGAGEMENT
Design signature programs for luxury hotels and resorts while adapting the treatment protocols. Then train the beautician team from 1 to 4 weeks.
Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts.
Meet with industry leaders, spa directors, and management to raise profile where appropriate.
Deliver memorable brand experiences to engage prospects/influencers.
This position is home based except when required to travel to resorts to provide the training and implementation of the signature programs.
Network across all account channels to support brand penetration & reputation.
Ability to speak well and communicate efficiently with one of these combinations; Italian+ French or Italian + English.
At ease with basic computer skills and administrative responsibilities.
Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brand
Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellence
Deliver local & international training to our accounts & staff to the highest levels with the Spa Division
Take ownership of retail performance within accounts & correlate with training delivered
Work closely with business managers to support & guide them in training in their region
Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices
Oversee tracking of training across division & refreshed continually to support sales growth
Deliver remote training content where appropriate & liaise with accounts to implement
Deliver signature program training per clients’ requirements.
Design & oversee training plan to meet needs of accounts opened & agree on timings
KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
At least 1 year solid experience within the SPA industry as senior therapist at a Luxury Hotel or Resort.
Experience delivering exquisite & memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests.
Teacher training qualification an asset.
Passionate about the Wellness and Beauty industry with a focus on energetic and natural techniques.
