ABOUT THE POSITION:

This isn’t your standard recruiting role, nor are we providing standard recruitment services.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about what we are bringing to the market

and to guide people to find a job they love. This is a crucial position as you are the first

point of contact with the candidates and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Candidates

• Manage all the interview scheduling, assist to organize on-site interviews

• Providing candidates an outstanding interview experience

• Managing our ATS (applicant tracking system)

 

Clients

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio

• Deliver best in class customer service to ensure quality and success

• Understand client needs and accordingly maximize the value we provide

• Track account activity and close deals

• Nurture client relationships

• Manage any customer inquiries

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the marketplace, ensuring that the recruitment process is done smoothly

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ years of recruiting & sales experience

• A metric driven approach to problem-solving

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in both French (fluent minimum) and in English (fluent minimum)

• Highly organized and strong attention to detail

• Top notch customer service

• Passion for people

• A positive person and a great team player, we are a growing team and look for great

colleagues to work with

• An empowered individual who always seeks to learn and start new projects, keep improvingnprocesses and work autonomously when needed

 

THE FOLLOWING ARE A PLUS:

• Written and verbal communication skills in both German and Swiss German

• Previous experience in a start-up environment
