Excis is a global IT company headquartered in the United Kingdom with more than 1300 engineers across its 60 entities worldwide with an ever-expanding footprint across the globe. We are now recruiting a fulltime Senior IT Support Technician for one of our clients.

The responsibilities will be:

 

1 - Level 2 deskside software support for in-scope software as documented in SMTD

2- OEM vendor co-ordination

3- Warranty and non-warranty break/fix hardware repair (including printer support)

4- Limited Smart Hands support where resolutions cannot be made remotely

5- Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes and Disposal (“IMACD”) activity

6- Customer Hardware Loaner Pool at onsite staffed location

7- Basic IP (internet protocol) phones troubleshooting at onsite staffed locations

 


Requirements

- PC and Networking capabilities

- Leadership skills

- Bi-Lingual, German and English speaker

- Availability to travel to other sites German' speaking locations

- Great Customer Service Skills

- Able to work with client VIPs

- Diploma in IT or A+/N+ certification
