Profile: Mobile Test Engineer
Objectives of this Role
- Responsible for the verification and validation of the latest test devices and software applications.
- Includes executing field test in a mobile or stationary VoLTE and CDMA and/or GSM environments. Knowledge of 5G will be an added advantage.
- Creates, extends, and executes automated test plans to verify Wireless Mobile operation.
- Use of logging tools and analyzing the issue from logs, call failure and call drop analysis.
- Prepare test reports on the readiness of software after analysis of test results (Pass/Failures).
- Report defects found during testing on the test management system and track defect status periodically.
- Analyze carrier requirement documents/3GPP specifications, develop test cases and create drive routes.
Desired Profile
- Hands-on experience into creating and executing Test Plan and Test Cases
- Experience into or Mobile Testing
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
- Work under minimum supervision and tight business deadlines.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University Degree BE/ BTech (EXTC or related disciple)
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
