We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Communication Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand, products, and services to a broader audience.
Job Description: As the Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and communication initiatives, which include promoting our brand, developing creative campaigns, and managing media relationships. You will report directly to the European Director of Operations, working closely to drive our expansion throughout Europe and build a strong market presence.
- Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Identify market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with Master Franchisees to create and implement marketing campaigns both online and offline.
- Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Manage content calendars to ensure the consistent delivery of content aligned with the company’s messaging and branding.
- Media Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers.
- Develop and distribute press releases to promote company announcements and events.
- Act as the primary contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, online advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management
- Manage and protect the company’s brand image and identity, notably by ensuring the correct use of the company’s image by Master Franchisees.
- Plan and execute marketing events and promotional partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, communication, or media management roles, ideally within the food industry. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and content management is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (at least C1) and good German skills are required (B1/B2). Additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
This position will require a time commitment of 50-60% until December 2023 and will transition to at least 80-100% from January 2024.
