Оur partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist in German to join their first team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions;
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers;
- Perform level 1 technical support of B2B customers;
- Troubleshoot email, VPN, and other issues.
