About The Role:
As a Data Strategy Manager/Data Owner, you will have a vital role in defining the data strategy for and implementing solutions in Private Banking, Chief finance Office, Liquidity
And as Service delivery Manger need to manage over all Production support teams which run 24*7. Person should have technical functional Knowledge.
In this role you will apply your problem-solving and data analysis skills to execute critical aspects of the data governance policy and support regulatory commitments. You will collaborate with partners across lines of businesses and functions, navigating the organization and figuring out who is needed to get things done. You will use your influence skills to establish a strong sense of working together towards a shared vision and goals.
You will have a holistic view to ensure that your initiatives tie back to our overarching data strategy. Also you will be responsible for Front to back flow of applications and data flow. Need perform to CSI ( continuous service improvement ) with help of automation ( ITPA,RPA ,ML learning tools ) and elimination.
Responsibilities:
Investment Private Banking, Chief finance Office, Liquidity Domain:
- Person should have knowledge of Private banking domain and in Liquidity for products having PnL , Projections , Sec fundings, Derivative products , hedge funds
- Business knowledge on Basel capital adequacy framework and adopts a more risk-sensitive approach, including credit ratings for Financial Accounting / Financial Control
- You are familiar working with applications in bank's treasury area supporting Liquidity and Funding as well as Asset and Liability Management lines of business.
- Need to perform DATA MANAGER / DATA GOVERNANCE role, where person should understand how data flows, what data is critical, how data is stored and how data moves, business rules and data controls, exposure to technology
- Also should have knowledge on Prime Swap applications is a swap booking system which is being used by the Traders, trading assistants and Middle Office users.
Service Delivery and Transformation Manager
- Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management & risk management
- Proven transformation journey and perform setup of automation tool environment with Machine learning capabilities
- Knowledge about the ITPA, RPA and Chat bot solution
- Experience in transforming project from legacy technology like Mainframe and UNIX based application to Cloud and Big data platform
- Extensive knowledge of Big data and cloudera platfrom and hypeion , Axiom technology
- Familiar with Project management and ITIL process
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- 12+ year of experience in Banking domain ,Project Management and hands on in technical skills
- Expertise in Banking Financial domain with knowledge of different product across Private banking , Liquidity area like PnL , Projections , Sec fundings, Derivative products , hedge funds
- Person should also work in back and front office like prime swap area , Tech ALM and FX fund rates based liquidity knowledge
- Person should have knowledge on regulatory application (risk-sensitive framework for banks) required by FINMA for capital and treasury reporting
- Stakeholder Management: Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders and
