We are looking for people in French Speakers in Switzerland to read and record short sentences using our Appen Mobile app.
Project Description:
Your session contains a total of 600 short sentences that you must read on a screen and record using the Appen Mobile smartphone application. You just have to follow the sentences written in French, it is not necessary to create your own sentences.
- Example of a sentence you will need to read: “Ok Alexa, I need directions to work”.
Duration of Task:
Each sentence will take an average of 3-6 seconds. In total, for the 600 recordings, please allow about 3 hours. Of course, we recommend taking breaks and we'll give you at least 7 days to save your session.
Required conditions :
- Have a recent smartphone
( If you have an iPhone, it must be an iPhone 8 or newer, OR
Android smartphones must be from 2017 or newer )
- Have French ( Swiss accent ) as mother tongue and live in Switzerland
- Be able to record in a very quiet indoor environment, without background noise
