We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking assistant to the European Director of Operations and Legal to help us drive our vision forward and support our expansion across Europe.


Job Description: As the Assistant for the European Director of Operations, you will be a key player in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our European office. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the director and will be instrumental in facilitating the implementation of our operational strategies. This position will require travel through Europe to supervise Master Franchisee activities, as well as coordinate operations with all relevant stakeholders.



  1. Administrative Support
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and respond on behalf of the Director when necessary.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.


  1. Legal Support
  • Assist in legal research and document preparation.
  • Coordinate legal activities, including contract drafting, review and filing.
  • Maintain legal files, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.


  1. Communication and Liaison
  • Facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking partners and clients.
  • Translate documents, emails and communications from Spanish to English and vice versa.


  1. General Office Support
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and ensuring office equipment is in working order.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.



  • Fluency in Spanish is a requirement, as the position will involve regular communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, legal support, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe to assist or represent the Director.


Time Commitment

This position will require a time commitment of 50-60% until December 2023 and will transition to at least 80-100% from January 2024.
