1. Scope

By using the services and information offered on the online market place, the user agrees to these contractual provisions. The user declares that Jobers provides services and information only and on the express condition of compliance with these contractual provisions and that it is not willing to make this information available to other conditions.

He further expressly agrees that in case of non-compliance with contractual obligations, the supplier may prohibit judicial use of its services to the user and require damages. The vendor also reserves explicitly the right to institute criminal proceedings in cases of misuse.
