1st & 2nd level IT supporter (f / m)

Core Technical Requirements:
- Ensuring smooth IT operations as a member of the IT infrastructure team
- Administration of the systems you support
- 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting
- Training for other technologies used in IT operations according to your interests and skills is possible at any time
- Ensuring information security and adherence to compliance guidelines
- Possibility of using the latest technologies and solutions
- Provision and configuration of hardware and software for approx. 250 employees
- Administration of the existing Windows network, Servers, Data Center, Hardware and software malfunction.
- User support (1st and 2nd level support, analysis and rectification of malfunctions in operations)
- User administration
- Support with IT projects
- Good knowledge and well verse understanding with Network devices, physical servers, SAN, NAS, PDU Racks, Cable management, Tracing, patching
IT malfunctions, questions and change requests
