Job Description
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee day-to-day business activities and operations, including finance and sales, and evaluate work process for continuous operating efficiencies
- Review and analyse company’s financial and non-financial reports to assess and minimize risk, as well as to improve company’s performance
- Develop the budgeting report and cash flow projection
- Optimize the handling of banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and local regulations to maintain company’s legality
- Responsible for the profitability of the entire company
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as CEO in commodity trading company
- Understand coal trading documentation process in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of trade finance
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to travel extensively within Europe and to Asia to maintain relationships with banks, customers and do mine visits
