I provide leadership and expertise in Business Intelligence from both Project Management and Business Analysis perspectives, bringing together people, process and technology to provide business value.

My work centres around forming strong on-going relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues, supporting effective communication, stakeholder management and managing perceived uncertainty. By reinforcing these relationships and growing trust, I'm able to maintain the focus on working together to achieve value. This comes down to understanding stakeholders as whole people who have human needs as well as the needs of their role and responsibilities.

I enjoy working with people to realise business solutions and the processes that can be put in place to support their ongoing success. I'm adept at translating the needs from business contexts into changes in business processes and requirements for technological solutions.
