- Responsible for adding new Merchandising module to existing Article and Editorial emails, which has increased readers contributions and subscriptions
- Updating existing email campaigns in Braze and building new email templates with Liquid Templating Logic
- Building emails with content blocks and dynamic content/personalisation triggered via API
- Working directly with Editorial and Marketing teams on Email client compatibility and image improvements
- Modifying and updating existing emails inside Braze by dynamically injecting content blocks
- Involved in the implementation of the pixel trackers inside dynamic content blocks
- Dev QA-ing any changes added to existing or new emails using Litmus and Braze Inbox Vision
